SHIPPING & RETURNS
Dallama Gear use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other local shipping organizations. The default shipping when checking out will be USPS. Depending on what is being shipped, another shipping organization will may be used. All ammunition will be shipped via UPS or FedEx, NOT through USPS! Most items will have tracking information that will be emailed to the customer. If you have any questions, please contact us.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
PRODUCTS & AMMUNITION
You may return your eligible products (except ammunition - see Return Policy on Ammunition below) to Dallama Gear for a full refund or exchange within 45 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. All physical products (except ammunition) are guaranteed for the life of the product against manufacturing defects. If a product is defective due to neglect and/or user error, the product WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE!
The lifetime warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product (proof of purchase is required). Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

Return and Refund Process
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be emailed to us or if it was purchased online or at a gunshow with a credit card, we can often look it up.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
f you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
First check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless eligible (you will need to contact Dallama Gear).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Policy on Ammunition
By placing an order with Dallama Gear you are agreeing that you are legally able to purchase and have ammunition shipped to you, meaning:
You are of legal age to purchase ammunition and you are following all state and local laws concerning ammunition purchasing and ownership for your area.
All orders ship UPS ground or FedEx ground.
Returns on Ammunition
Due to Department of Transportation regulations, no returns are accepted unless they are done in person. Returns are accepted in case of manufacture defect with verification and proof of purchase required. If you have been shipped ammunition that you believe needs to be returned, please contact us!
Shipping Restrictions and Notices
NOTICE! Residents of California, Delaware, Illinois, New York, and Ohio, have additional restrictions.
If you are ordering from these states we require all license and permits to be on hand before we can ship, otherwise your order will be delayed or canceled.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the following areas/locations:

U.S. addresses having zip codes beginning with (100, 101, 102)
